All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products or services once an order has been placed and confirmed.

This policy exists because of the personal care and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products — once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its safety for resale. We want every customer to receive products that meet the highest hygiene standard, and this policy helps us protect that for everyone.

Damages & Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, your trust matters to us — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We'll review every case individually and make it right.

Appointments & Deposits

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited. We appreciate you respecting our artists' time — just as we respect yours.

To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
